Eagle Scout is the highest rank attainable in the Scouting program of Scouts BSA. A Scout who attains this rank is called an Eagle Scout or Eagle. Since its introduction in 1911, the Eagle Scout rank has been earned by more than 2 million young young men and women. The title of Eagle Scout is held for life, thus giving rise to the phrase “Once an Eagle, always an Eagle”.
The process for attaining Eagle in the National Pike District (NPD) / Baltimore Area Council (BAC) is outlined in the bi-annual NPD Life to Eagle presentation found HERE. Additional Eagle information and forms may be found at the BAC web site.
