Working through community Chartered Partners, the Arrowhead District works to teach Western Baltimore County’s increasingly diverse population of youth and young adults the skills of leadership, self-reliance, physical and spiritual wellness, environmental conservation, and participatory citizenship. We accomplish these goals through quality training programs for leaders, inclusive activities and camps, and careful administrative oversight of the policies of the Boy Scouts of America.

• Fall Arrowhead Life to Eagle Seminar – October 12, 2023 – Register Here
Arrowhead District holds bi-annual (Fall & Spring) Life-to-Eagle Seminars/Conferences. All Star, Life Scouts, parents of Life Scouts, and interested Scouters are strongly encouraged to attend one of these seminars/conferences before they begin their journey to Eagle. In addition to providing the most current information on the Eagle Scout Service Project and other Eagle Scout rank requirements, these seminars/conferences provide the opportunity to address recent issues and answer questions.
Prospective Eagle Scout candidates may attend a seminar/conference in a neighboring District but Scouts must know that procedures can vary from district to district. It is the Scout’s responsibility to recognize the difference in procedures.
Uniforms are the appropriate attire. Bring your questions, pen and paper.
Please make sure to bring an photo id card, so the JCC can allow you to access the building.
Reminder to Scouters who wish to be certified as an Eagle coach that this training course is required.
